Products Description As sand casting cast iron foundry, Ruici Industry provide casting service, molding, CNC machining OEM and ODM serivce. We make aluminum alloy mold, sand casting, CNC machining, milling and boring after casting. Casting tolerance base on CT8, CT9, CT10, worm gearbox RV series speed reducer,helical bevel gear electric motor reductor,reduction machine CT11 and ISO 2768-m. Mini Machining tolerance is +/-0.03mm.For dimension, We provide 3MM inspection dimension report. For material, we make material test report in acordance to EN 10204 3.1 b. We have ISO9001-2015 certificate, PED certificate issued by Lloyd's Register, LR. We arrange 3rd party inspection, such as customer appointed inspection agency.Our main customers are from Germany, Spain, USA.
